We Are Circlefox Publishing
Hello! We are the new kids on the block in the publishing community. Circlefox was started in 2020 by successful entrepreneurs who climbed the self-publishing mountain and want to help independent authors do the same.

As an author, it is difficult enough to crank out 1000 words a day which turns to 80,000, which turns into a compelling story. So, we talked with Indie Authors for over a year and came to a realization, writers are creative spirits, but publishing and marketing are not in their wheelhouse. The thought of doing these tasks created stress and left authors feeling overwhelmed, unable to focus on the creative.

We have experienced both sides of the equation and have come up with a fair way to compensate authors while covering the costs of a publishing house. First and foremost, we outsource, so if you are not interested, there are plenty of publishing companies to submit. Why do we outsource a lot of our work? Because staff and advertising are the two most expensive parts of publishing. The world is filled with exceptional talent to tap into, and we continue to be amazed at who we discover. In turn, this provides more money towards marketing and advertising your works!

Circlefox is an active partner with our authors. We want you to be happy with the entire process because if you are stressed, you are not writing your next hit novel! You will be actively engaging with us every step of the way without having to concern yourself about design, marketing, or advertising.
Circlefox does not manage an authors social media presence. Why? Because it is your personality and the engagement that entices readers to follow you. We can never hope to capture your true self, so we don’t try. We help you build these platforms if you do not already have them, including slow vibrant growth. Yes, we said slow because organic engaged growth is stable and will stick with you. Paid subscribers get you big numbers fast but zero engagement.

Circlefox does not pay upfront stipends for work. If your goal is the immediate deposit, there are other publishers available. We believe our compensation model to be one of the fairest in the publishing market. Circlefox compensations are based on sharing royalties with our authors. Although this is not a new system, we believe our split is more favorable to the author. If your work is successful, we want you to benefit, it drives you to write another hit.

How We Work with Authors
How is Circlefox Publishing different than most? After recovering initial publishing outlays through royalties, Circlefox has developed an Author royalty program that is one of the strongest in the current market.

We do not request any payments upfront from our Author partners, unless we agree on converting works to Audiobooks.

After Circlefox Publishing recovers initial investments our split is as follows :
Year One: Circlefox 60% / Author 40%
Year Two: Circlefox 50% / Author 50%
Year Three: Circlefox 40% / Author 60%
Forward: Circlefox 25% / Author75%
Year Four: Circlefox 30% / Author 70%
